Role Overview /n We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 2D Lead / Graphic Design Manager to lead visual design and creative output across experiential campaigns, corporate events, and brand engagements. /n This role will be responsible for driving visual storytelling, pitch decks, event branding, and design execution, while managing and mentoring a team of designers. /n Key Responsibilities /n Creative Direction & Design Leadership /n /n

- Lead the development of visual concepts, themes, and design directions for events and brand experiences

/n

- Ensure high-quality design output across presentations, event collaterals, branding, and digital assets

/n

- Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives

/n /n Pitch & Presentation Design /n /n

- Oversee creation of high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks

/n

- Work closely with Client Servicing and Strategy teams to bring ideas to life visually

/n

- Ensure consistency in design language and storytelling across pitches

/n /n Event Branding & Collaterals /n /n

- Design and supervise creation of event branding elements including stage backdrops, panels, signages, invites, and digital creatives

/n





- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and event themes

/n /n Team Management /n /n

- Lead, mentor, and review work of 2D designers

/n

- Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs under tight deadlines

/n

- Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and collaboration

/n /n Cross-functional Collaboration /n /n

- Work closely with production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and execution

/n

- Coordinate with client servicing teams to understand and deliver on client expectations

/n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- 8–10 years of experience in graphic design / visual design within event, experiential agencies only

/n

- Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

/n

- Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, presentations, and creative campaigns

/n

- Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment

- Experience in experiential marketing / event agencies

/n

- Exposure to corporate events, brand activations, and large-format presentations

/n
