Develop book size for LAS vertical in the territory definedDuties and Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for developing present location for LAS
- Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth
- Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience
- Acquire current clients
- Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income
- Risk maintenance for clients
- Maintain the required pricing, revenue generation, zero portfolio delinquency
- Identification of clients, channel partners

a) Qualifications
- Graduation, Preferred: Post-graduation
b) Work Experience
- 2-4 years in relevant industry
- Knowledge of LAS industry and business domain is a must
- Prior knowledge and experience of sales
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter.
