and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.What We’re Looking For:1 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.Proven track record in generating high-quality leads AND eCommerce sales.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager.Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar tools.Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
