Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience: 11-13 years of relevant leadership in technology and analytics, driving impactful outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data methodologies.
- Leadership: Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams while mentoring and fostering a positive culture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to propose and implement creative solutions.
- Communication: Standout written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Diversity Advocacy: Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in organizational practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or cloud computing (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to industries including retail, financial services, healthcare, or technology-related fields.
- Proficiency in database management systems like SQL, NoSQL, or Hadoop ecosystems.
