Description

- Graduate in Finance stream having 8 -12 year of experience working in FP&A; team in a large set up, Qualified CPA will be preferred
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS-excel & MS PowerPoint
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to multi task and work in a deadline-driven setting
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across the organization

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities :

- Perform activities associated with the operational plan, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting activities.
- Analyse expense lines including Headcount Reporting, Compensation Grid, Controllable and Non Controllable cost and partner closely with the business operations and business finance to understand variances to budget
- Should have good understanding of Accounting concepts like – Accruals, Reclasses and Cost Transfers
- Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycles​
- Review and approve P&L; reporting, journal entries, accruals,



and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness​
- Own and drive budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy​
- Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making​
- Oversee headcount and workforce planning, linking cost structures to business priorities​
- Deliver deep-dive variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Prior) with clear articulation of business drivers​
- Lead preparation of management reports with multi-dimensional attribution analysis​
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations​
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and perform activities like Budgeting, Forecasting and quarter close​
- Create strong partnerships with business leaders and function​

Understand & anticipate clients’ business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same​
