Hiring Now: Telugu Voice Process – BPO Customer Support

Job Details:
Qualification: Any UG Degree
Language: Fluent Telugu mandatory
Location: Chennai
Shift: Day / Rotational
Salary: 13k to 18k per month + Incentives
Experience: Freshers

About the Role:
Join our dynamic BPO team as a Customer Support Executive handling Telugu voice calls. If you love helping people, speaking in Telugu fluently, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the right job for you!

What You’ll Do:

Answer customer queries over phone in Telugu

Provide solutions in a polite and transparent manner

Record and update customer details in the system

Follow up on unresolved queries

Meet quality and performance targets

You’re a Fit If You Have:

Good speaking skills in Telugu

Basic communication in English or Hindi

A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn

Willingness to work in rotational/day shifts
