Job Title: Medical Billing AR Caller
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Qualification:
Any Graduate (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, etc.)
Good English communication is mandatory

Experience:
0 to 2 years in AR Calling or Medical Billing
Freshers with good communication can apply

Job Responsibilities:

Call US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims

Resolve denials and rejections

Review and understand EOBs and insurance status

Update the system with call details and next steps

Meet daily targets and maintain accuracy

Skills Required:

Fluent in English

Basic knowledge of US healthcare or RCM process preferred

Good typing and MS Office skills

Willing to work night shift

Salary:
Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month depending on experience

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5 Days)
