We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Associate with 2–4 years of experience in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon and Noon, strong expertise in product listing, and a solid understanding of marketplace processes, catalog management, and online sales operations.
You will be responsible for managing product catalogs, creating and optimizing listings, monitoring product performance, coordinating inventory updates, and ensuring that products are accurately represented across e-commerce platforms. The role requires solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple products and marketplace activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon and Noon, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, images, specifications, descriptions,



and categorization.
- Create new product listings and update existing catalogs according to marketplace guidelines and requirements.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, and other listing elements to improve product visibility and conversion.
- Monitor product listings regularly to identify errors, missing information, suppressed listings, or content-related issues and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as inventory, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure accurate product availability and marketplace information.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate updates to prevent stock-outs, incorrect availability, or order fulfillment issues.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, pricing, ratings, reviews, and other marketplace metrics.
