Job Summary

The Project Management & Resource Analyst will support project delivery with primary responsibility for resource planning, mobilization, workforce tracking, project coordination, reporting, and governance. The role acts as a coordination point between delivery teams, resource management, HR, recruitment, finance, vendors, and other support functions to ensure timely availability and deployment of resources.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project/Program Managers in day-to-day project planning, coordination, tracking, and governance.
Manage resource demand, supply, allocation, deployment, and mobilization trackers.
Coordinate resource requirements with delivery managers, hiring teams, HR, staffing, and external vendors.
Track open positions/requirements from initiation through candidate identification, selection, onboarding, and deployment.
Monitor resource availability, utilization, roll-ons, roll-offs, replacements, and release plans.
Coordinate offshore-to-onsite resource movements and associated mobilization activities.
Track onboarding prerequisites, documentation, approvals, travel readiness, and deployment timelines.
Identify resource shortages, skill gaps, and mobilization risks and escalate them to appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain consolidated project/resource dashboards and provide periodic status reports to management.
Track project milestones, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and pending approvals.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, MOMs, action trackers, and presentation materials.
Coordinate meetings with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Follow up with respective owners to ensure timely closure of project and resource-related action items.
Maintain accurate resource data across relevant internal systems and trackers.
Perform capacity and demand analysis to support workforce planning and forecasting.
Track utilization, bench, attrition/replacement requirements, and resource productivity.
Support PRF/requisition management, approvals, candidate mapping, and onboarding coordination.
Provide data-driven analysis to management for resource planning and deployment decisions.




Ensure compliance with organizational resource management and project governance processes.

Skill Requirements

Strong resource/workforce management and project coordination skills.
Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
Solid stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Experience in resource demand and supply management, staffing, and mobilization.
Good understanding of project lifecycle and project governance.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Power BI/reporting experience is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple resource requirements and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with HR, recruitment, delivery, finance, travel/visa, and vendor teams is advantageous.
Good understanding of IT services/managed-services resource models is preferred.

Other Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.
Typically 8-15+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Resource Management, Workforce Management, or related functions.
PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or relevant project-management certification is an advantage.
