Job Description

A highly creative and versatile Animator, Video Editor, and Motion Designer. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and love bringing static ideas to life through dynamic storytelling, visual effects, and crisp video editing.

Candidate should be a visual powerhouse—taking raw footage, audio, and visual concepts and turning them into polished, high-performing visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing: Cut, assemble, and edit raw footage into compelling narrative video content for digital platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging 2D animations, title sequences, kinetic typography, lower thirds, logo reveals, etc.
- Sound & Post-Production: Handle color grading, audio mixing, sound design, background score selection, and voiceover synchronisation to elevate production quality.
- Platform Optimization: Export and optimize final deliverables across various formats, aspect ratios, and compression standards tailored for specific platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Mastery:




- Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- 3D Software (Bonus/Plus): Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a strong plus.

- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of keyframing, timing, spacing, composition, colour theory, audio design, and export codecs.
- Portfolio/Showreel: A strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of video editing, motion graphics, graphic animation, and creative storytelling.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in pacing, visual alignment, colour correction, and sound design.

Soft Skills

- Strong visual storytelling instincts.
- Great time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

- Receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on designs to achieve the best result.
