Dhasha Consulting is looking for professionals to join our US IT Staffing – Bench Sales team.

Role: Bench Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years

n

Location: Hyderabad

n

Work Mode: Work from Office

n

Shift: US Night Shift

Key Responsibilitiesn

• Market IT consultants to vendors, MSPs, and clients

n

• Handle consultant profile submissions and follow-ups

n

• Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models

n

• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities

n

• Support rate negotiations and contract closures

n

• Maintain consultant documentation and compliance

n

• Achieve assigned performance targets

Preferred Skillsn

• Experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing

n





• Understanding of US staffing processes and IT technologies

n

• Solid communication and negotiation skills

n

• Knowledge of US work authorization categories

n

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and US night shifts
