Job Description About the Role: Hiring Tele Callers for Cranberry.Fit's migraine care plans — you'll be the first voice our potential members hear.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Call assigned leads to book a slot for their health plan explanation call
n Clearly explain Cranberry's migraine care plan
n Follow up consistently to drive sales closure
n Maintain call logs, update lead status daily
n n Required Qualifications:
n n Solid communicator
n Fluent in English
n n Preferred Qualifications:
n n 1+ year telecalling/BPO/customer-facing sales
n n Skills: Telecalling, BPO, customer-facing sales, lead calling, follow-ups, call logs, lead status, English communication
n Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
