Job Description:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.

- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Manage and improve customer experience, ensuring high service standards and repeat business.

- Plan and execute store sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to enhance productivity and performance.

- Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and team coaching sessions.

- Monitor and control inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

- Ensure shrinkage control, loss prevention, and adherence to SOPs.

- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, ATV, UPT, conversion, and take corrective actions.

- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively to maintain brand reputation.

- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and visual standards at all times.

- Coordinate with head office, warehouse, and regional managers for smooth operations.

- Prepare rosters, manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
