This role will be responsible for supporting execution of the NAB Assist retail collections strategy and decision analytics.

Experience:
- Experience of 2+ years in delivering credit risk/collections strategies
- Project management experience
- Experience in implementing Learning & Development best practices
- Ability to use analytics to develop and prove out strategic concepts
- Python, SQL, SAS, PowerBI, Tableau or similar analytical and visualization tools
- Tertiary qualifications are not essential but any qualification and experience in Banking and Finance and Collections / Strategy and Decisioning would be highly regarded

- Leading portfolio analysis, monitoring and creation of collections strategies for retail and business lending products
