Responsibilities
Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for the Manager position in the Canada Tax for Asset Management team with subject matter expertise in Review Engagement and Tax returns (T2, T3 & T5013). Working as a Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Review complex and advanced topic in Review engagements and tax returns





•Managing a team of 3 - 4 direct reportees and extended team of 20 to 25. Taking care of the workflow management, their trainings & mentoring and time to time performance evaluation.

•Coordinating with Onshore Engagement teams in terms of workflow management and maintain the required utilization for the team.

•Apply technical expertise in Accounting and tax compliance and sectors like Financial Institution & Real Estate practice, Medical Professional Corporation, Farming, Leasing and Holding companies etc.

•Participate, or possibly lead projects in Canada Tax Practice.

•Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experiences

•Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal clients

•Effectively manage the Business Unit to deliver to the expectations of the BU Partner In charge.

•Advise onshore teams and be responsible for delivering high quality
