Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

- Regulatory Compliance, submissions and Assessments
- Handling Direct tax notices with compliance & robust approach seamlessly across circle, SSC & Corporate
- Handling Indirect tax notices with compliance with robust approach seamlessly across circle, SSC & Corporate
- Coordination with counsel & guiding team on technical fronts
- Representing company in Physical/ Virtual Hearing for litigations with department
- Leading discussion with Counsel as well as Department
- Compliance control submissions, Statutory & Regulatory closing & related compliances, Fixed asset & Infra operations
- ERP understanding for SAP & Oracle to guide team
- Build efficient and motivated team by driving SSC & corporate deliverables with controls

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Technical knowledge for Tax & Regulatory compliances

Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Essential: Experience in Tax / Regulatory field
