About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead / Head of Growth – Listings & SEO Optimization to drive growth, marketplace marketing, SEO, product/listing optimization, brand positioning, and performance marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in marketplace or two-sided platform marketing, with a proven ability to launch and scale businesses across multiple markets or countries. This role requires a combination of growth marketing, SEO, marketplace listing optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), brand strategy, and performance marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Marketplace Marketing

- Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies for a marketplace or two-sided platform.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention across multiple markets.
- Develop market-entry and launch strategies for new countries or regions.
- Own marketplace growth metrics and identify opportunities to improve platform performance.
- Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and business teams to achieve growth objectives.

2. SEO & Marketplace Listing Optimization
- Lead SEO strategy and marketplace listing optimization to improve organic visibility and discoverability.
- Optimize product/service listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, categories, and other on-platform content.
- Improve conversion rates for marketplace listings through continuous testing and optimization.




- Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and qualified leads without relying solely on paid advertising.
- Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversion rates, and other SEO KPIs.

3. Brand & Performance Marketing
- Develop and strengthen brand positioning across target markets.
- Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives across relevant digital channels.
- Work closely with paid media teams to align brand and performance objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Build data-driven marketing strategies based on customer behavior and market insights.

4. Multi-Country / International Marketing
- Develop localized marketing strategies for different countries and customer segments.
- Adapt messaging, content, marketplace listings, and campaigns based on local market requirements.
- Coordinate with international vendors, agencies, and marketing partners where required.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting campaigns to local audiences.

5. Conversion Rate Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve listing-to-lead and listing-to-purchase conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior.
- Work with product and UX teams to improve marketplace journeys.
- Use analytics and performance data to continuously optimize the customer funnel.

- Strong understanding of SEO and marketplace/listing optimization.

- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets.
