Job Description Motion Graphics Designer
n We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can bring digital experiences to life through thoughtful graphic animation, motion systems, and UI interaction design.
n Eighty Days is building a new way to discover the world centred on taste, trust, and personal context. Today, travel discovery is fragmented across social media, search, and private conversations. We are creating a product that brings this together into a structured, map-based experience where recommendations are attributed, meaningful, and built over time.

n What you'll do
n n Animate screens, components, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.
n Design UI interactions and micro-interactions that make the product feel polished and intuitive.




n Collaborate with developers to ensure animations are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
n n What we're looking for
n n 2+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field.
n A solid portfolio demonstrating both motion work and digital/UI interactions.
n Strong understanding of timing, easing, transitions, composition, and visual storytelling.
n Experience with tools such as After Effects, Figma, Rive, Lottie, or similar.
n n Bonus points
n n Understanding of how animations are implemented in iOS & android.
n Experience designing motion systems for consumer apps.
n Illustration or 3D experience.
n Great to have worked in a fast paced product-based startup.
