: Zonal Coordinator

Role Purpose: Support zonal business operations by coordinating with branches, state leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, business growth, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Effectiveness

- Ensure timely employee and branch mapping for incentive calculations and operational requirements.

- Manage weekly closures, cash retention limits, and review/commitment sheet submissions.

- Coordinate with Product Teams for process and application improvement initiatives.

Branch Support

- Conduct branch visits to understand employee concerns and business challenges.

- Support low-performing branches through feedback collection and stakeholder coordination.

- Resolve branch-level operational queries and issues.

Business

Development

- Partner with State Leaders to drive Gold Loan and Cross-Sell business growth.





- Coordinate sales campaigns with Marketing and Business teams.

- Support Reward & Recognition initiatives to motivate employees.

Data Management & Projects

- Provide MIS inputs and support dashboard preparation for business reviews.

- Handle ad hoc projects and business assignments.

Desired Skills

- Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Good analytical and MIS reporting capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, MIS, Sales Coordination, or Branch Operations.
