About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Zoho Developer with 1+ year of hands-on experience to join our Bangalore team. The candidate will be responsible for customizing Zoho applications, developing Deluge scripts, creating workflows and automations, and supporting integrations between Zoho and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator applications based on business requirements.
- Configure modules, fields, layouts, forms, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, schedules, and automation.
- Create business process automations to reduce manual activities.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.
- Work with Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Analytics, and Desk as required.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and data synchronization between applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho configurations, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical Zoho solutions.
- Create reports and dashboards for business users and management.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Zoho Development.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Creator.
- Good hands-on experience with Deluge scripting.
- Understanding of workflows, automation, custom functions, and scheduled functions.
- Basic-to-good knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.




- Understanding of JSON and webhooks.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Zoho's own documentation describes Deluge as the scripting language used to automate processes, perform calculations, integrate external systems, and extend Creator functionality; Creator also supports HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certification is an advantage.
- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Desk is a plus.
- Exposure to client requirements gathering or implementation projects is preferred.
- Experience working with APIs and external applications will be an added advantage.
