We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday's integration toolset, deep understanding of integration security protocols, and a strong background in developing and managing integrations with third-party payroll and advantages vendors. Experience with programming languages, API tools, and exposure to Workday Extend, Reporting, or Payroll modules will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as:
- Workday Studio
- PECI / PiCoF connectors
- Core Connectors
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- XSLT transformations
- Manage integration security protocols, including:
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenPGP
- x509 certificates
- Build and maintain integrations with payroll and benefits vendors, such as:
- SDWorx
- ADP
- Other third-party services
- Utilize JSON, XML, Java, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages to support and enhance integrations.
- Use tools like Postman, SOAP UI, Oxygen XML Editor for testing and troubleshooting integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits to understand requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.




- Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues in a timely manner.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and error-handling procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications: **- 6+ years of experience working with Workday integrations in a development or consultant role.

- Proven expertise in Workday Studio, PECI/PiCOF, EIB, XSLT, and Web Services.
- Strong understanding of integration security (OAuth 2.0, PGP encryption, x509 certificates).
- Experience integrating with global payroll and benefits providers.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JSON, XML, Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with tools like Oxygen XML, Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalents.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a client-facing environment.**

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Reporting/BIRT.
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll (US/UK/CAN).
- Familiarity with GPCP or other payroll technologies.
- Exposure to product management tools such as Aha!, Jira.
- Workday certification(s) in Integration, Payroll, or Studio is a plus.
