We are looking for a Website & E-Commerce Executive to manage the daily operations of our fashion website and ensure that products, inventory, pricing and website content are always updated.

Responsibilities

- Upload new products regularly with correct photos, names, descriptions, prices, sizes and categories.
- Remove or hide sold-out/discontinued products from the website.
- Maintain accurate stock inventory for every design and size.
- Update stock immediately when new inventory is received or products are sold.
- Regularly cross-check physical stock with website stock to avoid overselling.
- Update product availability, sizes, prices and discounts.
- Organise products into the correct collections and categories.
- Update homepage banners, new arrivals, featured products and promotional sections.
- Coordinate with the accounts, store, warehouse, social media and photography teams for new launches and stock updates.
- Check the website daily for incorrect prices, missing images, broken pages or other errors.




- Manage orders and coordinate website-related customer/order issues when required.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports of product and inventory movement.
- Ensure new collections are uploaded on time before campaigns or launches.

Skills Required
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Photo editing/Canva knowledge is preferred.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and handle daily website updates quickly.

Previous experience with a fashion, apparel, retail or D2C brand will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible and extremely detail-oriented, because website stock, sizes, prices and product availability must remain accurate at all times.
