URGENT HIRING | B2B Key Account Manager – Fly Homes Vertical

Immediate profiles required! We are urgently looking for B2B Sales / Account Management professionals who can drive partner relationships, bookings and revenue in the international student accommodation space. ??

? Location: Noida
? Experience: 1–3 Years
? CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
? Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM
⚡ Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

? Role: Full-time

? What you’ll be responsible for:

- Manage & grow global B2B partner accounts
- Acquire current agents, education consultants & B2B partners
- Activate dormant/low-performing accounts
- Drive accommodation bookings & revenue
- Build and maintain international partner relationships
- Manage the complete journey — Onboarding → Activation → Pipeline → Booking
- Achieve sales & revenue targets

✅ We’re looking for:

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Account Management / Business Development
- Strong communication,



negotiation & closing skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Comfortable dealing with international clients
- Experience in student accommodation / study abroad / travel / international education is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred

? Good to have: Existing network of study-abroad agents, brokers, education consultants or international B2B partners.
