WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Plan & execute high-performing Meta & Google ad strategies

- Drive revenue, leads & profitable growth
n
- Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
n
- Work closely with social media to align messaging & funnel flow
n
- Optimize campaigns based on data & performance signals
n
- Analyze numbers daily & improve cost efficiency
n
- Identify scaling opportunities & new growth channels
n
- Provide strategic input on pricing, offers & positioning

NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

- Expert in Meta Ads & Google Ads
n
- Experience with both D2C & B2B campaigns
n
- Proven execution of sales & lead generation funnels
n
- Strong understanding of audience behavior & targeting
n
- Deep knowledge of funnel psychology & buyer journeys
n
- Data-driven decision making & performance optimization
n




- Robust communication & reporting skills

FUNNEL & MARKET INTELLIGENCE (MANDATORY)

You must be able to:

- Understand the full customer journey from first click to purchase

- Identify drop-offs & optimize conversion paths
n
- Advise on offers, pricing & positioning for better performance
n
- Align ad strategy with landing pages & website flow
n
- Recommend website improvements for conversion optimization
n
- Collaborate with retention & CRM flows to improve LTV

STRATEGIC THINKING REQUIRED

- Understand e-commerce economics & CAC vs LTV
n
- Identify scalable growth opportunities
n
- Advise beyond ads: funnel, UX, retention & conversion
