Who we are looking for
Our program is designed for Apprentices to gain valuable experiences alongside on-the-job training both technically and professionally towards becoming our future leaders and technology experts. You’ll learn from some of the most respected highly qualified people in the industry and be supported by individual mentors and development programs.
The role requires attention to detail and positive understanding of coding, design, development of applications and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Our Apprentices will get an opportunity to work with State Street Technology Services at Hyderabad and Bangalore office locations.

The Technology Platform Engineering & Operations (TPEO) organization is the backbone of State Street’s technology infrastructure. TPEO is responsible for designing, building, and operating the foundational technology infrastructure that supports State Street’s business operations. This includes managing networks, compute environments, cloud platforms, data centers, and end-user technologies.



The organization leads digital transformation initiatives by modernizing legacy systems, implementing automation, and enabling cloud adoption. It ensures operational excellence through production management, service reliability, and regulatory compliance. TPEO also plays a key role in enabling business units to innovate by providing modern platforms, tools, and services that accelerate product development and improve customer experiences. TPEO is essential to State Street’s ability to grow, compete, and operate securely in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
