Job Title – Project Architect

n

Required Skills & Qualifications –

n

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

n

· 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.

n

· Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.

n

· Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

n

· Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.

n

· Robust communication and presentation skills.

n

· Team Management Skills

n

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Description –

n

1. Project Design & Development:

n

· Lead the design process from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design vision.

n

· Review and approve detailed architectural drawings (working and municipal), construction documents, and details.drawings, plans, and specifications.

n

· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

n

· Provide creative input on design solutions, space planning, and material selection.

n

· Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables throughout the various project phases

n

2. Project Coordination & Management:

n

· Collaborate and coordinate with Project Heads, Team Leaders, and consultants (MEP, structural, and other )



to integrate work into the overall design and ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned.

n

· Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and presentations and address client feedback.

n

· Manage project documentation, including design drawings, GFC's, client feedback and change orders.

n

· Develop and adhere to project schedules. Identify potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions.

n

· Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to meet deadlines for drawings, presentations, and documentation.

n

3. Technical Expertise & Quality Control:

n

· Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, its adherence to quality standards, project specifications. Provide design clarifications.

n

· Identify and resolve technical issues during the design and construction phases.

n

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

n

· Mentor and guide Junior and Senior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.

n

· Prioritize and distribute work among team members based on their skill sets, strengths, and areas of improvement to ensure optimal team performance and project efficiency.

n

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution.

n

5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

n

· Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.

n

· Present design concepts and updates to clients and project stakeholders.

n

· Manage client expectations regarding design quality, timelines, and deliverables.

n

6. Progress Tracking & Reporting:

n

· Monitor the status of project deliverables and ensure they align with the overall schedule.

n

· Provide regular updates to the Team Leader on deliverable progress and any scheduling risks.
