As part of our strategic growth, we are focused on platform modernization — transitioning legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures that support the scalability, reliability, and high performance of core back-office functions in the insurance domain. n We are seeking a Program Manager/Scrum Master to lead and mentor agile teams, ensuring the effective adoption of Scrum practices. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, and Stakeholders to enhance team collaboration, drive delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives. n Your focus will be on coaching teams, optimizing agile processes, and enabling high quality product delivery in a fast-paced workplace. n Responsibilities: n · Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. n · Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. n · Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies. n · Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.



n · Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. n · Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. n · Identify and assess risks associated with the program and develop mitigation strategies. n · Oversee resource planning across multiple projects. n · Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized. n · Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues. n · Ability to influence, communicate effective plans, and build trust among cross-functional engineering teams and leaders. n · Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and milestones to Leadership. n Mandatory Skills: n · Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. n · 5 - 7 years of experience in IT industry. n · Development Background would be a big plus. n · Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. n · Very good understanding of Business as well as technical terminologies. n · Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects simultaneously. n · Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). n · Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. n · Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships. n · Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. n · Proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA, Azure DevOps .. etc n · A Problem-Solving mindset and ability to work in matrixed organization.
