Role Overview

We are seeking a rapid-paced, highly skilled Mid-Senior Video Editor to take full ownership of our high-volume video production pipeline. You will be responsible for creating high-converting branded content and trend-driven influencer reels from scratch. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines, delivering 4 polished, high-quality reels per day with end-to-end execution—from raw footage and storyboarding to final color grading and sound design.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Execution: Edit 4 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) daily from raw footage to final output, maintaining top-tier visual standards.
- Visual & AI Enhancement: Integrate modern graphic design, motion graphics/2D animation, and generative AI tools to elevate visual storytelling.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate directly with creative directors, strategists, brand managers, and external stakeholders to align on project visions and turn feedback around rapidly.
- Post-Production Finishing: Apply high-end color grading, precise audio polishing, and dynamic typography/captions optimized for social platforms.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of social media trends,



viral editing styles, and audio formats to keep brand content relevant and engaging.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 4–5 years of professional video editing experience (prior creative agency or fast-paced media house experience is strongly preferred).
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- AI & Animation Skills: Hands-on experience using AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) and motion design to speed up workflows and enhance visual effects.
- Speed & Reliability: Proven track record of delivering high-volume, high-quality output on tight turnarounds without sacrificing detail.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and manage feedback across multiple teams.

Preferred Attributes

- Strong portfolio showcasing branded campaign edits, viral influencer reels, and creative typography/motion design.
- Strong aesthetic sense regarding framing, pacing, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
