Role Description The Video Editing Intern/Associate will support the creation of high-quality video content for MyWall’s marketing campaigns, product showcases, and creator-focused initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves editing raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, and ensuring smooth storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities include basic color correction and grading, integrating graphics or motion elements, and preparing content for various digital platforms and social media formats. The role also involves collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams, organizing media assets,
and adapting edits based on feedback and performance insights. The intern/associate will contribute ideas for improving video formats and staying current with digital content trends relevant to influencers and brands.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle footage, timelines, and storytelling for digital content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and enhance overall video quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual assets, overlays, and simple animations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to iterative feedback are essential.
- Good organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Gurugram are required.
- A relevant academic background or coursework in film, media, design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and visual creativity will be advantageous.
