Job Description We are seeking a Textile Print Designer for a India's no 1 Home Furnishing Brand.
n Job Profile:
n Responsible for creating original prints, developing colorways, and preparing production-ready CAD artwork for home furnishing and bedding collections.
n Head Office (focusing on conceptual design, trend development, and range creation)
n Plant (focusing on practical color matching, production handoff, separation, and print execution).
n Design original patterns, motifs, textures, design repeats, and coordinated product stories for home textiles and bedding products.
n Develop, balance, and execute commercially viable colorways, seasonal palettes, and coordinated print ranges.
n Perform precise color separations, artwork cleaning, and repeat adjustments for textile printing.
n Execute on-site color matching, standard approvals, and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate fabric print translation across various substrate constructions.
n Collaborate with design, sales teams,



and plant technicians to ensure seamless execution from concept to final printed fabric.
n Textile Print Designer Requirements:
n Education: Degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
n 6+ Years of design experience. Robust hands-on experience in home furnishing and bedding print design, color development, and range coordination.
n Experience in developing prints, patterns, motifs, textures, repeats, colourways, and coordinated collections for home furnishing and bedding products
n Deep understanding of textile printing techniques, fabric construction, color separation, design repeats, and lab dip/color matching processes.
n Strong visual eye, detail orientation, and clear verbal/written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
n AVA CAD/CAM Software (Essential): Advanced hands-on proficiency in AVA for print design, repeat creation, colorway development, color separation, and artwork preparation.
