Infor LN Functional Consultant -Area(s) of responsibility

- Lead business requirement gathering workshops and translate customer needs into scalable Infor LN solutions aligned with industry best practices.

- Configure and implement Infor LN modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Projects.

- Conduct business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and recommend process optimization initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions, prepare functional specifications, and support system architecture decisions.

- Execute Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and facilitate stakeholder sign-offs.

- Develop functional design documents,



process flows, training materials, test scripts, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documentation.

- Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning for successful deployments.

- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, hypercare, continuous improvement recommendations, and support cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.
