Responsibilities & Accountabilities Support the Engineer for NDT of Composites parts manufacturing & assembly to achieve quality targets
Execute QC activities that translates to reduction ofCOPQ(Cost of Poor Quality) and wastage
Ensure the highest quality output that meets customers'expectation in the most cost effective manner, through In process Inspectionquality control activities along with action planning for identified gaps
Perform the NDT activities as assigned by supervisor
Assist with supervisors for all the document relatedactivities as per QMS requirement and Aerospace standards.
Carry out In process inspection in each stage of processand Final Inspection and confirm the key characteristics
Ensure each stages of operations are closed in Route card/oracle in timely manner
Verify the Configuration Status of each part
Ensure to achieve Process capability for CTQ parameters
Provide on job training and assistance for current joiners inthe team.
React productively and handle other essential duties ortasks as assigned.
Ensure adherence to business excellence processes andprinciples in all activities
Collect quality data for identification of trends and areasfor improvement for action planning to fill the gaps
Work with theautomation team, to identify use cases , and drive automation initiativeswithin the section
Suggest and use of the latest technologies and tools for In process quality controlmeasurement
Attend MRB discussions, Support for Root cause ananlysis
Visit to customer/Supplier locations for clarification ofqueries if any
Understand and follow up for entire Testing activities(Mechanical tsting, Incoming, Chemical and NDT). attend DWM meeting, Sunrisemeeting.
