About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex technical initiatives that span engineering, product development, and business functions.

Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling our AI platform, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks, all while aligning project goals with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing large-scale programs in fast-paced environments. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver results will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of total skilled experience in program or project management within the technology sector.




- Current role as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager, with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technical concepts.
- Experience managing complex engineering programs, preferably in AI, software, or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, product, design, QA, and leadership teams.
- Proven track record working in fast-paced product environments with rapid release cycles, including weekly or more frequent updates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions.
- Preferred: Experience at a payments or fintech company or ownership of billing/payment initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution.
- Manage dependencies, identify potential risks, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum across teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, Design, and Business units to ensure cohesive execution.




- Lead release planning activities, prioritize features, and oversee deployment to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries.
- Track program health through relevant metrics, communicate progress and challenges to leadership, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency, delivery predictability, and overall program effectiveness.
- Ensure that project execution aligns with business priorities and delivers meaningful customer impact.
