About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the development and execution of RenalOS, a digital healthcare product.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong product thinking, technical depth, and stakeholder management, with close collaboration across engineering, clinical, hardware, data, and operations teams.

RenalOS is an AI-powered digital nephrology platform that continuously analyses patient, machine, and treatment data, predicting clinical risks before they escalate, guiding timely interventions, and enabling personalised dialysis care at scale.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Own product roadmap, prioritisation, and feature lifecycle.
- Translate complex clinical and business problems into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Create PRDs, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and edge cases.
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on APIs, databases, integrations, data flows, system design, and scalability.
- Define requirements for device integrations, real-time data, notifications, user roles, permissions, and audit trails.
- Work with clinical and operations teams to convert real-world processes into scalable digital workflows.
- Collaborate with Data/AI teams on analytics, alerts, decision-support systems, and AI/ML use cases.
- Lead UAT,



product releases, pilots, deployments, and continuous product improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have:

- 4 to 7 years of Product Management / Technical Product Management experience.
- Solid experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Excellent PRD and product specification skills.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience building products involving complex workflows and multiple user types.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to identify edge cases and translate them into system logic.

Good to Have: Experience in HealthTech / Digital Health, Medical Devices / IoT, EMR/HIS, Remote Patient Monitoring, AI/ML, data-intensive products, healthcare integrations/interoperability, dialysis or nephrology.

Ideal Candidate A technical product thinker who can understand problems from clinicians and users, translate them into structured workflows and system logic, work with engineers to build solutions, test them with users, and drive successful deployment and adoption.
