RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and mentor a team of developers in design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and enhancements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing guidance to team members.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
