nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting for Freshworks' product suite. You will identify, research, and engage target accounts across global markets (EMEA & APAC), working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to build a healthy, qualified pipeline.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified meetings/opportunitiesn
- Research target accounts and buyer personas to craft personalized, relevant outreachn




- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criterian
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and AEs to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach cadencesn
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline generation targetsn
- Use sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigatorn
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect and account activity in CRMn
- Stay current on Freshworks' product offerings and competitive landscape to speak credibly with prospectsn

nEligibility Criteria

- n
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)n
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsn
- Hands-on experience with prospecting/sales engagement tools (Apollo.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)n
- Working knowledge of CRM toolsn
- Comfortable engaging with international prospects acro
