Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Jainam is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. The person in this role will manage and grow client relationships by understanding individual investment goals, providing appropriate product and service recommendations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, responding to queries, coordinating trade-related support, and maintaining regular communication through calls, meetings, and digital channels.
The Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, support portfolio-related discussions, and contribute to client retention and business growth targets. Accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and timely reporting are integral parts of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
