It also provides an active community for psychologists to collaborate, grow, and access peer support. By using familiar tools like WhatsApp for client care, Serene MINDS makes mental health support more accessible, simple, and stigma-free while prioritizing ethical, impactful care.
Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Serene MINDS. This full time hybrid position is based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the business model, leading key initiatives across product,



partnerships, and operations, and collaborating closely with other founders on long-term strategy. The Co-Founder will oversee marketing and sales efforts, build and nurture relationships with psychologists, institutions, and partners, and ensure that platform offerings align with the needs of mental health professionals and clients. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and cultivating a mission-driven culture focused on ethical and impactful mental health care.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
