At GlowRadius, you run live client campaigns end to end. Creative is handled. Data is handled. Your job is to read what the campaigns are telling you, make the calls, and deliver the leads.

Your compensation is INR 15,000 base per month, plus a performance incentive linked to the leads you generate. There is no cap on the incentive.

Requirement for this role ✨
Clear spoken and written English. You can hold a professional conversation with an international prospect without freezing up.
You are comfortable on the phone. Calling someone who did not ask to hear from you does not put you off.
Comfortable with a browser, Word or Google Docs, Excel or Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Nothing beyond that is needed.
You follow a process closely. We give you the templates, the scripts, and the steps, and you run the
