Role Description The Team Leader role at Policyfy is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Team

Leader will oversee a team of insurance advisors or operations staff, ensuring daily targets and service levels are met while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include planning and allocating work, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and supporting them in resolving complex customer queries and policy-related issues. The role involves collaborating with management to implement process improvements, reporting key metrics, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Leader will also contribute to training new team members,



fostering a positive work environment, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational and analytical skills to manage workloads, track metrics, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of insurance products and processes, preferably in General and Life Insurance, with the ability to guide team members on policy-related matters.
- Comfort with basic office software and internal tools for reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or contact center/team-leading roles is an advantage.
