Role Description
CommerceOS is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support customer acquisition and brand growth. This is a full time hybrid role based in Asansol, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
This is an incentive-based internship. There is no fixed monthly salary or stipend.



The intern will earn incentives for each successful sale or customer acquisition, based on the applicable incentive structure.
The intern will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting outreach, presenting CommerceOS to prospects, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through conversion. The role also includes assisting with marketing activities, customer communication, product presentations and demonstrations, campaign coordination, and gathering customer feedback.
The intern will maintain records of leads and interactions, track sales and marketing results, support ongoing campaigns, and collaborate with the team to improve customer acquisition strategies and product positioning. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with people, interested in sales and marketing, and motivated to earn based on performance.
