Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Mine Planner (Base Metal) role based in Nagpur. The Senior Mine Planner will be responsible for developing and updating short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans for base metal operations, ensuring alignment with production targets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.



Day-to-day tasks include analyzing geological and geotechnical data, preparing pit designs and scheduling, optimizing equipment deployment, and coordinating closely with operations, geology, and maintenance teams. The role involves preparing reports, technical documentation, and presentations related to mine planning, as well as monitoring actual performance against plans and recommending adjustments. The Senior Mine Planner will also support cost optimization, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications & Experiences (10+ years):
Strong mine planning and design skills, including pit optimization, sequencing, and production scheduling for base metal operations.
Proficiency with mine planning and modeling software (e.g., Surpac, Datamine, MineSched, or similar tools) and good understanding of CAD applications.
