Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on growing our presence in the AEC BIM market, particularly in the USA .
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in the AEC BIM industry
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Present and explain BIM solutions to clients
Use CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage leads and opportunities

Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development or sales
Background in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
Good understanding of BIM solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the USA market is a must.
