Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 8+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, managing recruitment operations, and leading a high-performing talent acquisition team to support business growth. This role requires strong collaboration with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure timely and quality hiring across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring achievement of hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

- Assign and monitor requirements across recruiters based on business priorities and hiring volumes.

- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

- Build effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment vendors.

- Track recruitment metrics, generate hiring reports, and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding initiatives.





- Mentor and coach team members to improve recruiter productivity and hiring quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including team management experience.

- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

- Proven experience in assigning and managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

- Hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill recruitment.

- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and hiring dashboards.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
