Job Summary Job Title: IBM DataPower Senior Analyst Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM DataPower Support Engineer to provide operational support, troubleshooting, administration, and maintenance of IBM DataPower Gateway environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for IBM DataPower Gateway environments.
- Monitor and maintain DataPower appliances in production, UAT, and development environments.
- Troubleshoot and triage issues related to DataPower services and configurations.
- Perform configuration, deployment, and migration of DataPower services.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
- Support high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.
- Participate in on-call support and production deployments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in 24x7 support environments.




- Experience handling critical production incidents.
- Team collaboration and customer-focused approach.

Required Skills

- IBM DataPower
- Solid experience with IBM DataPower Gateway Development, administration, and support.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Multi Protocol Gateway (MPGW) and related objects.

- Service Now

Preferred Skills

- IBM MQ / ZOS connect / Kong API Gateway / Linux Administration and scripting / DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD)

Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on IBM DataPower administration/support.
- Experience in production support environments with SLA commitments.
