Education: B.E /B.Tech,B.Sc (Computer Science, IT or related field)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Linux & Windows servers.
- Handle system installations, configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and ensure uptime.
- Provide L1/L2 support and maintain IT infrastructure availability in 24*7 environment.
- Support networking and security requirements.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows Server.
- Knowledge of Cloud (Azure/AWS).
- Basic networking concepts (firewalls, switches, VPNs).
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
