Role Description

We are seeking a CS (Company Secretary) Management Trainee for an in office, full-time role located in Gurugram. The trainee will assist in managing regulatory compliance, drafting reports and documents, and supporting corporate governance initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing board and shareholder meeting materials, maintaining statutory records, liaising with government bodies,



and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. You will also contribute to legal research, due diligence, and review business structuring and compliance frameworks for clients.

Qualifications

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance frameworks, and legal drafting.
Proficiency in legal research, including policies, governance codes, and regulatory updates.
Strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities to maintain documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with startup legal matters and corporate law practices is an advantage.
Professional Qualification: Enrolled in the CS program, with completion of at least the Executive level preferred.
