Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations Manager role based in Kolkata. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day tour and travel operations,



ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, branch offices, on-ground service providers, and customers. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling tours, managing logistics for transportation and accommodation, monitoring service quality, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role involves optimizing processes, maintaining cost efficiency, preparing operational reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Operations Manager will also support vendor management, team supervision, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Qualifications

Operational management and coordination skills, including experience in managing multi-location travel or tourism operations.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, with proficiency in scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
