Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore,



responsible for overseeing core HR operations and supporting a growing manufacturing organization. This role includes managing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The Human Resources Supervisor will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback cycles, and development plans. Day-to-day activities involve maintaining accurate HR records, supporting training and development initiatives, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and implementing HR best practices that reinforce a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
