Role Description This is a full-time Wealth Manager role based in Siliguri in a hybrid work model, with both on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Wealth Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, understanding individual financial goals, risk appetite, and time horizons, and creating customized financial and investment strategies. Daily activities include conducting financial planning discussions, recommending investment products across asset classes, coordinating insurance solutions, and monitoring portfolio performance to ensure alignment with client objectives. The role involves regular reviews of client portfolios, preparing reports and proposals, staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes, and collaborating with internal research and product teams to deliver informed, compliant advice. The Wealth Manager will also support client education, handle service queries, and contribute to business development through referrals and new client acquisition.
